This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, mitigate, cure or prevent any disease or illness. We do not ship to the following states, cities, and/or municipalities: State of Alabama, State of Arkansas, State of Indiana, State of Rhode Island, State of Vermont, State of Wisconsin, City of San Diego, California, City of Oceanside, California, City of Denver, Colorado, Sarasota County, Florida, and Jerseyville, Illinois. 

We verify both your age and your address.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

In the United States, kratom and mitragyna speciosa products are not federally regulated. This means that no government body checks or guarantees the quality and safety of kratom products purchased in the U.S., including online. We can only ship to legal locations, so if you are experiencing trouble finding a shipping rate, it is likely that your zip code is on the restricted list.  Updated as of April 10, 2024

Returns Policy


Mistakes in cross-product shipments do sometimes happen, so on all our products we require that the customer contact us at with your order number (or reply to your order receipt) within thirty (30) days of receipt of product in order to qualify for refund or exchange.


All return requests are to be accompanied by the original product (defective or otherwise) in unopened and untampered condition in order for the customer to qualify for a refund.  All of our products are packaged in heat sealed zip-locks bags.  This heat seal / tear notch cannot be broken in order for a product to qualify for refund.  Modern Day Miracles reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns and does not offer refunds on opened products.


In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit, we requires the return of the original product. We do reserve the right to refuse return requests.  We also reserve the right to deny an exchange or credit upon inspection of any returned merchandise.  

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
